It’s damn hard to find a good Long Island Iced Tea in this town. I’ve searched Barcelona for a decent Long Island but they are always either too sweet or too sour and never strong enough. God damn it, I want to taste the alcohol, that’s the whole point of the drink. If I didn’t like the taste of alcohol I would have ordered something else. Here is the original recipe.

Long Island Iced Tea

Long Island Iced Tea, a summer drink, was first served in the mid 1970s by Robert (Rosebud) Butts, a bartender at the Oak Beach Inn, in the Town of Babylon, Long Island, New York.
