LIFE Magazine have quite a few complete old photo reportage stories featured on their website. It’s pretty impossible to search for stuff but still quite good for seeing complete stories with good quality if you manage to find it. If you know the name of some famous photographer you can search for it, or even just Google on the photo story you are looking for and add LIFE, there are two nice links bellow. If I had more money I would probably get carried away and buy all the original numbers from Slightly out of focus instead. If you weren’t like me forced to spend your university years looking at old photos and you are not sure who was who and who photographed what, then have a look at the names on Slightly out of focus. They list the most famous photo journalists and their best work. Look out for Robert Capa, Henri Cartier Bresson, Brassai, Dorothea Lange, Walker Evans, W Eugene Smith, Larry Burrows and Weegee.
