Kim Holtermand is a freelance architectural and landscape photographer from Denmark. In addition to his burgoing career in photography which only began a few years ago, Holtermand’s day job has him working as a fingerprints expert in the Crime Scene Unit of The Danish National Police. This work was selected from a few different series of which fog is an ongoing theme. Taken from Feature Shoot

Kim Holtermand is a photographer located in Denmark. Of this series, Deserted City, he writes: ‘The Deserted City series was shot in and around Copenhagen on an early Sunday morning. The weather forecast had promised a lot of fog in the capital, so I packed my gear and drove towards the center of the city. Most people were still sleeping so there was this eerie, apocalyptic mood all around. Many of the streets where empty and buildings that were normally full of life stood stranded like the aftermath of a nuclear war. It was the canvas of my dreams’. Taken from Feature Shoot

I think I will have to go to Bilbao and see the Black Crowes farewell concert, “SAY GOODNIGHT TO THE BAD GUYS”. They supported Neil Yound in Sweden about 10 years ago but since we just seen Neil Young two days before at the Roskilde festival in Denmark my friends and I were less motivated to hang on the door when they opened and got there too late. I remember coming in to Globen and seeing The Black Crowes hitting the last chord of the last number of and hearing Chris Robinson saying goodbye. Damn, I have been so annoyed with my self ever since and wished that I would get the chance to see them again and this seems like my last chance.
